the chase is tastier than the catch

i took my GMAT last year in july.. got a 760..

was totally eligible to apply for the first round of various colleges.. but just didn't! i had to travel a bit during that time.. so used that as an excuse for my 'diligence'.. :P apped to ISB in R2.. got waitlisted.. n then finally pushed out of the queue... :( apped to INSEAD post that in a hurry.. got rejected..

dejected.. decided to take this up a bit seriously this time..

apped to ISB in R1.. and am now a part of the ISB class of 2009!! but the euphoria lasted for precisely 5 seconds!!! for something i pursued for a year!! :|

i guess the chase IS tastier than the catch.. :)
